Path of Grace
Developing with Dignity, Living by Faith
Path of Grace, Inc. provides residential and vocational opportunities for adults with disabilities in a rural, farm-like setting. We emphasize agriculture-related activities to assist residents with employment opportunities, increase life skills, and engage with partnering businesses.
What makes Path of Grace unique?
Path of Grace provides an independent lifestyle, anchored in faith and mixed with opportunities to volunteer, work, and learn new skills all with the goal of enhancing a person’s individual gifts in a rural, natural setting in Allegan County, Michigan.
It is our deepest desire for Path of Grace to be a place that welcomes and invites fellowship and opportunities for further growth, development, care, and community!
Meaningful Activities
The opportunities at Path of Grace provide residents, along with other community members of Allegan County, the opportunity to spend time in their faith and build upon their relationships, patterns of living, and recreational and leisure interests as well as communication, farming, barn chores, animal care, and employment skills.

The Rhythm of Farm Life
Life on the farm is marked by a rhythm. The slower pace of life helps to create a sense of security while the consistency builds a safe foundation for all to plant roots and grow their gifts.
For many, farm activities are especially meaningful. Concrete and understandable, activities at Path of Grace include planting, harvesting, feeding, cleaning, and caring for animals.
Residential Opportunities
Living at Path of Grace
Path of Grace follows a Supportive Living model and ministry, designed for individuals with disabilities who don’t need intensive support and are seeking a discovery-rich, farm-like living opportunity.
Our men’s home is operational now with space available for new residents. A women’s home is set to be completed in spring 2022; applications are being accepted now.

Vocational Opportunities
Working at Path of Grace
We believe that our most important resource is people. Path of Grace is blessed to be in partnership with our neighbor and closest partner, Raising Grace Farms, as well as The Arc of Allegan County, and Beyond Bones.
These partnering organizations and businesses, as well as others, are filled with people who are passionate, creative, and caring. Like us, they feel called to this kind of work, and desire to reflect Path of Grace’s commitments to the stewardship of the natural environment, respect of our Christian values, and share our mission to serve.
Together, we provide a beautiful blend of choices that include opportunities for job skill development, employment, volunteering, and community engagement.
