What We Do
Path of Grace provides a residential rental opportunity for adults with disabilities seeking a discovery-rich setting.
Supportive Living Model
At Path of Grace, we follow a Supportive Living model and ministry designed for individuals who don’t need 24-hour assistance or in-home care.
Residents receive personal assistance from a residential advisor and a house manager tailored to their needs and strengths in an environment that strongly promotes Christian values, personal control, independence, and dignity.
Beyond the tangible aspects of shelter and assistance, the supportive living we provide offers residents an opportunity to act independently and preserve their autonomy as much as possible. Path of Grace provides a place of community, interdependence, personal growth, and opportunities.
Life at Path of Grace
Those who chose to call Path of Grace home benefit daily from the community and camaraderie that living among peers and interacting meaningfully with local partners offers. In addition, residents benefit from having our team walk alongside them as they can choose to participate in various opportunities through partnerships and
Raising Grace Farms operations.
The Men’s Home has space for five residents and a Residential Advisor. This house is absolutely lovely.
As tenants walk into the house from the garage the common laundry area where each tenant has their own storage locker can be found. Just around the corner is the shared kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room with a hallway leading to the three main floor tenant rooms, one which has its own private bathroom, and two others that share a large bathroom.
On the lower level which is new construction, a large sitting area, game room, additional tenant storage lockers, two tenant rooms, and a large bathroom. This home is spacious and welcoming!
One room is currently available for rent in the men’s home.
Slated for completion in summer 2022, our women’s home is nearly ready for residents! This home will offer five rental opportunities for women.
The main floor is exceptional and has a total of five bedrooms for rent. Each tenant will share a bathroom with one other tenant. Like the men’s home, this home is designed to be very spacious and welcoming with a laundry room, large living room, dining, and kitchen area.
Our women’s home also features a lovely three-season porch for those beautiful spring, summer, and fall days. The lower area of the women’s home has a separate yet attached apartment area where the residential staff supporting the tenants will reside.
Applications are currently being accepted for the Women’s Home.

Living at Path of Grace
What does life look like at Path of Grace and Raising Grace Farms? Beyond the tangible aspects of offering shelter and assistance, supportive living at Path of Grace offers residents an opportunity to act independently and preserve their autonomy as much as possible within an environment that offers a sense of community and a feeling of camaraderie.
Life at Path of Grace Life is marked by a rhythm; a slower pace of life that helps create a sense of security and consistency that provides a safe foundation for all to plant their seeds and use their gifts to find a sense of order, peace, and beauty that is grounded in one’s faith.
For many, the environment and the opportunities tend to be especially meaningful. The activities are concrete and understandable, including creating, measuring, producing, planting, harvesting, feeding, cleaning, and providing care. They are part of the natural cycle of life.
These activities plus the opportunities offered by partnering organizations and businesses, provide daily choices for residents to find a purposeful life.
We are blessed to be in partnerships with those in our community who seek collaborations based on like-minded purpose, values, and goals.
Our partnering organizations and businesses are filled with people who are passionate, creative, and caring. Like us, they feel called to this kind of work, and desire to reflect Path of Grace’s commitments to the stewardship of the natural environment, respect of our Christian values, and share our mission to serve.
Together, our team and those working with us continue to explore new ways to support the mission and to provide quality services and opportunities for the residents of Path of Grace and for Allegan County residents who have disabilities.
